Silvia Liprandi

Silvia Liprandi has been working as a Data Science Engineer at Xnext S.p.A. since 2019. Silvia also works as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the National Institute for Radiological Sciences since 2019. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher and a PHD Graduate Student at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität Műnchen from 2014 to 2019. During their time as a PHD Graduate Student, they were responsible for the development and commissioning of a Compton camera prototype for ion beam range verification in particle therapy. Silvia also acted as an advisor for 3 Master Theses, 2 Bachelor Theses and 2 Internships.

Silvia Liprandi has an extensive education history. Silvia obtained a Diploma from Liceo Scientifico Galileo Galilei in 2008, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Politecnico di Milano in 2011, and a Master's degree in Nuclear Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2014. Silvia then went on to earn a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Faculty of Physics, Chair of Experimental Physics and Medical Physics from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2018. In addition to their degrees, Silvia has obtained several certifications, including Corso LabVIEW Core 1, Corso LabVIEW Core 2, Corso LabVIEW Core 3, Course of Nuclear Safeguards & Non Proliferation, CAE (Certificate of Advanced English) - level C1, and Zertifikat Deutsch - level B1.
