Amado Villar Orero

CEO & Co-Founder at xNova International

Amado Villar Orero's work experience includes serving as the CEO & Co-Founder of xNova International, an international trade data-analysis platform. In this role, they focus on making the internationalization process more efficient for small and medium-sized companies that export internationally. Prior to this, they worked as an International Trade Advisor for the Spain-US Chamber of Commerce, where they provided guidance to Spanish and Latin American companies exporting to the US. Amado also worked as an International Volunteer for Street Child, where they developed a business plan for a tourism enterprise in Kampala, Uganda. Additionally, they gained early business experience in their family business, AMADO GESTION SL, where they served as a Management Assistant and was involved in various roles such as accounting, project management, online platforms, marketing, and strategy.

Amado Villar Orero has a diverse education history. Amado is currently enrolled in a Software Engineering program at Springboard, starting in 2021. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Leadership at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During the same period, they also obtained a Bachelor of International Business/Negocios Internacionales degree from the University of Valencia. As part of their studies at the University of Valencia, they completed a course titled "Who can be an entrepreneur?" offered by the University-Business Foundation (ADEIT) in 2017 and 2018. Additionally, Amado Villar Orero obtained membership in Beta Gamma Sigma, an institution they joined in August 2018.
