Dr. Friderike Bruchmann has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 with a role at Deutsche Bank as a Private & Business Clients. In 2011, they worked as an Intern - Risk Management, Controlling and Technical Operations Management at Lufthansa, and also worked at Deutsche Bank in a Hua Xia Bank Cooperation Management role. In 2012, they worked at T-Labs, Telekom Innovation Laboratories in a Smart Home Managment, QIVICON role, and also at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Műnchen in an Institute for Information Systems and New Media role. In 2013, they worked at Kisi in a Smart Home Access Management role. In 2014, they worked at Siemens in a Technology & Innovation, Mobility role. From 2015-2018, they worked at TUM School of Management as a PhD Student and Research Assistant, researching entrepreneurial networks, angel and VC investments, and venture performance. In 2018, they became the Co-Founder & CEO of XO Life.

Dr. Friderike Bruchmann's education history began in 2008 when they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München. In 2010, they were a Visiting Student at The University of Winnipeg, studying Business Administration. From 2012 to 2014, Dr. Bruchmann earned an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). In 2013, they were a Visiting Student at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, studying International MBA. Finally, from 2012 to 2015, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Management and Technology (TUM-WITEC) from the TUM School of Management.
