Philipp Naegelein

Dr. Philipp Naegelein has a wealth of professional experience. In 2021, they became the Managing Partner of Zebra Embassy. Prior to that, they were Co-Founder of XO Life from 2017 to 2021, a platform that connects patients, medical professionals and pharmaceutical companies to capture data on drug effectiveness and safety in real-time. From 2015 to 2021, they were a Board Member of investiert AG. From 2013 to 2017, they were a Management Team and Doctoral Candidate of the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM). From 2012 to 2013, they were Co-Founder of PLUSME UG, a mobile application for event planning and ticketing. Dr. Philipp was an Investment Intern at SevenVentures from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they were a Student Consultant at OSRAM from 2011 to 2012. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Research Analyst with Prof. Dr. Kretschmer at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München. From 2010 to 2011, they were a Product Development Intern at Gogol Publishing. Lastly, from 2009 to 2010, they were an Audit & Tax Intern at Rödl & Partner.

Dr. Philipp Naegelein has a diverse educational background. Dr. Philipp obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2008-2012. Dr. Philipp then went on to receive an Honours Degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management (CDTM) in 2010-2011. Following this, they were a Visiting Student at Columbia University in 2010, studying Finance & Economics. In 2012-2013, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Strategic Management from HEC Paris. Dr. Philipp then went on to receive their Dr. oec. publ. from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München in 2013-2017, studying at the Institute for E-Commerce & Digital Markets. In 2016, they were a Visiting Researcher at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Information. Additionally, they are a Graduate of the development program for future IT executives from Software Campus, obtained in January 2016.
