Tina Ricciardi

Tina Ricciardi has a strong work experience in sales and client relations. Tina started in 2005 as a Client Relations Manager/Recruiter at Carol Harris Staffing, LLC, where they successfully closed high volume sales in the Pittsburgh area and assisted companies in finding candidates for open positions.

In 2008, Tina joined Xodus Medical, initially as an Account Manager responsible for territory management, implementing strategies for generating new business in hospitals and surgery centers, and providing training on product applications during surgical procedures. Tina later became the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, overseeing the Northeast sales team, developing field sales action plans, and mentoring sales representatives to meet their sales quotas.

Tina's most recent role at Xodus Medical was as the National Sales Director - Clinical Products USA & Italy. In this position, they helped hospitals and IDNs implement self-distribution strategies, contributed to the development and testing of clinical products, supported product rollouts, and provided clinical assistance to surgeons, nurses, sales managers, and the sales team.

Tina Ricciardi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Geneva College. Tina also attended the Community College of Beaver County to study nursing.
