Paul Ngai

Co-Founder/CEO at Xogene

Paul Ngai started their work experience as a Programmer at Carteret Savings Bank in 1989, where they were responsible for banking applications and worked with the networking group to ensure system availability during banking hours. Paul then worked as a Senior Programmer at Beneficial Bank until 1996 before joining IBM as a Project Manager until 1999. In 1999, Paul joined Pfizer as an Implementation Project Manager, where they implemented global travel and entertainment systems. From 1999 to 2007, they served as the VP of Technology at Intrasphere Technologies, working with various sponsors in implementing global systems and developing safety reporting systems. Paul then joined Johnson & Johnson in 2007, where they provided consulting support on clinical trials registration and results disclosure. In 2010, they founded Xogene Services and served as the Co-Founder and CEO. In this role, they partnered with clients on various disclosure and transparency activities related to clinical trials.

Paul Ngai completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology. Paul further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management.
