Kristin McKinney

Kristin McKinney has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field. Kristin began their career in 1995 as a Branch Manager at Adams Temporaries. In 1999, they joined RWJ & Associates as a Senior Recruiter. In 2004, they became a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Redside Solutions and also started their own company, Index Q, LLC, where they provided corporate and remote recruiting expertise. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Band Manager/Booking/Promotion. In 2016, they became the Director, Employer Engagement Manager at Nashville Software School. From 2022 to present, they have been the Human Resources Director at XOi Technologies and a Senior Recruiting Consultant for Recruiting Consultant, working with start-up, emerging and established companies in a variety of industries.
