Karin Vahar has four years of professional experience. Karin started their career in 2013 as a Travel Consultant at Sutherland. In 2015, they joined Tieto as an IT Service Desk Specialist. Also in 2015, they began their role as an Event/Program Coordinator, Booking Agent, and DJ at Kaabu Music/Intsikurmu Festival. In 2018, they became a Customer Onboarding Officer at Xolo.

Karin Vahar holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from TalTech - Tallinn University of Technology.
