Beatriz Montoya

Beatriz Montoya has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Beatriz started their career as a Software QA Engineer at IBM in 2001, where they performed Application Integration Testing and ensured web-enabled applications met functional and system requirements. Beatriz then joined eBay in 2003, working as a Software QA Engineer and later as a Product Manager for eBay for Charity. In these roles, they analyzed product requirements, created test plans, managed the product roadmap, and facilitated the program's success in raising over $600 million for nonprofits.
