Nicholas A. Cole

Nicholas A. Cole has a wealth of experience in finance and acquisitions. Nicholas A. began their career in 2004 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they were responsible for leading various engagements including interim and year end audits, internal controls audits, and performance reviews. Nicholas A. then moved to Kilroy Realty Corporation in 2008, where they held the roles of Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Financial Reporting. In 2010, they joined XOMA, where they held the roles of Vice President of Finance & Acquisitions, Sr. Director of Finance and Acquisitions, Director of Finance Operations, Associate Director of Finance, Assistant Corporate Controller, and Manager of SEC Reporting and Revenue Accounting.

Nicholas A. Cole obtained a Masters of Accounting from the USC Marshall School of Business between 2003 and 2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Seattle University between 1999 and 2003.
