Pierre-Yves Huet

Pierre-Yves Huet is a Senior DFM Project Engineer at Xometry Europe since January 2021, specializing in on-demand manufacturing for CNC, 3D-printed, sheet metal, and injection-molded parts. Previously, Pierre-Yves worked as a Mechanical Engineering Consultant at Technology & Strategy, where responsibilities included product engineering for office furniture at STEELCASE and the development of innovative mobile tables for the European market. Earlier experiences include roles at Altran, Abylsen, Bosch, and Airbus, focusing on mechanical design, testing, and engineering internships in various sectors such as defense and automotive. Pierre-Yves holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Vehicle Design from Cranfield University and a Master's degree in Engineering from ECAM LaSalle, along with a certificate in Theology from the Lateran University.
