Patrick Teixeira

Patrick Teixeira is an experienced process engineer specializing in additive manufacturing and assembly, currently employed at Xometry since March 2020, where Patrick has held multiple engineering roles. Prior to this, Patrick worked at Danae Inc. as a fabrication specialist supporting client consultations and at Danae Prosthetics, where an innovative locking mechanism for a prosthetic cover was developed using SLS technology. Additional roles include a machine shop technician at the UMD Mechanical Engineering Department and various academic positions at Salisbury University, where tutoring and grading were performed alongside a summer internship at West Virginia University focused on nanoscopic electrode deposition. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Physics with a Mathematics minor from Salisbury University.
