Ilse Lankhorst

Ilse Lankhorst has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and machine learning.

Ilse started their career at StudeerSnel.nl in 2014 as a Programmeur for a period of six months.

In 2014, they also joined Ahold as a Teamleider verkoopklaar, where they worked for four years until 2018.

During their time at Ahold, they also took a Data Science afstudeerstage at ilionx. Your partner in digital business. from February 2018 to July 2018.

Later in 2018, Ilse joined Xomnia as a Trainee Data Scientist, where they worked until November 2019.

Ilse then moved to HEMA as a Trainee Data Scientist from November 2018 to September 2020.

At HEMA, they also worked as a Data Scientist from November 2019 to February 2021.

Ilse returned to Xomnia in February 2021 as a Machine Learning Engineer.

In addition to their data science roles, Ilse also worked as a Ski-instructeur at Sun Peaks Resort from November 2016 to April 2017.

Ilse Lankhorst pursued their education at the University of Amsterdam, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Informatiekunde from 2013 to 2016. Ilse furthered their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Data Science from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ilse has also obtained certifications in various fields. Ilse is an AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, certified by Amazon Web Services (AWS), which they achieved in February 2021. Furthermore, Ilse is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist, certified by Scaled Agile, Inc., which they obtained in December 2022.
