Jason Anderson

Jason Anderson is an accomplished Senior Security Engineer at Xona Space Systems, specializing in GNSS message and ranging cryptographic security, and designing cryptography systems for next-generation GNSS signals. Currently pursuing a PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University, Jason's dissertation focuses on cryptography systems for GNSS data and ranging authentication. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Engineer at SpaceX, where optical noise model predictions and space hardware efficacy were verified, and as a specialist in the Legal Engineering Department at General Atomics, where logistical processes and legal documentation were managed. Jason holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Stanford University and Mechanical and Nuclear Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, respectively.
