Parisa Naseralavi

Parisa Naseralavi currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at XOPS, a position held since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at ServiceNow, where Parisa held the titles of Senior Vice President Global Operations & Monetization and Vice President Operations from June 2020 to August 2025, and VMware as Vice President of Global Order Management & Fulfillment from May 2019 to June 2020. Extensive tenure at Cisco Systems lasted from 2001 to May 2020, during which Parisa advanced through several roles, including Senior Director of Finance Transformation Office and Director of Customer Service Global Operations, achieving significant operational improvements and cost savings. Earlier experience as a Chemical Engineer at Monsanto from 1997 to 2000 involved process enhancement and cost-saving initiatives. Parisa holds a Higher National Degree in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University.
