Parisa Naseralavi

Parisa Naseralavi is an accomplished executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at XOPS since August 2025. Prior to this role, Parisa held multiple leadership positions at ServiceNow from June 2020 to August 2025, including Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Monetization and Vice President of Operations. From May 2019 to June 2020, Parisa was Vice President of Global Order Management & Fulfillment at VMware. A significant tenure at Cisco Systems from January 2004 to May 2020 encompassed roles such as Senior Director of Finance Transformation Office and Director of Customer Service Global Operations, where responsibilities included managing global customer service operations and a substantial financial transformation initiative. Parisa began a career in engineering as a Chemical Engineer at Monsanto from January 1997 to January 2000, focusing on process specifications in Xanthan Gum® production. Parisa holds a Higher National Degree in Chemical Engineering from London South Bank University.
