Jane Orlova

Jane Orlova is the Chief Customer Officer at XOR. Jane was previously a Customer Support Specialist at International Travel Network from January 2017 to December 2019. Jane is skilled in technically resolving flight reservations related issues and process customers requests fast, efficient and with lowest cost possible, so it can be great experience for the customer. Jane is also experienced in handling conversations(in writing/on the line) with consolidators, airlines representatives developing procedures for solving irregular, difficult cases.

Jane Orlova's educational career began with a licentiate degree in microelectronics and nanotechnology from Universitatea Tehnică a Moldovei.
