Julia T.

Julia Tarasova has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Julia is currently the founder of RunRunProject, a role they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Recruitment at XOR from December 2022 onwards. In this role, they built a recruitment team and developed hiring processes to scale the business and ensure a steady flow of candidates.

Before XOR, Julia worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition (Russia & Armenia) at Picsart from October 2021 to April 2022. Julia also has experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager for IT at Gazprom Neft from April 2017 to October 2021.

Their previous roles include IT recruiter/KAM at NGRS from May 2016 to April 2017, Key Account Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant at GlobalCareer from March 2014 to May 2016, and various positions at ANCOR from July 2008 to March 2014, including Team Leader and Senior Recruiter.

Julia Tarasova obtained their Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky, completing their education between the years 2002 and 2006.
