Dickson Thian

Dickson Thian, Ph.D is currently the Vice President at Xora Innovation, where Dickson works with ambitious founders to accelerate the path to market for disruptive deep tech ventures. Dickson also holds the position of Interim Chief of Staff at Amperesand, a company focused on global grid infrastructure solutions. With a background in research and project management, their previous roles include Scientist at the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering, Graduate Research Fellow at Stanford University, and Research Officer at the Institute of High Performance Computing Singapore. Dr. Thian's education includes a Ph.D in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from Stanford University.
