Leslie Granados is a seasoned professional in people operations and talent management with extensive experience in recruitment and project management. Currently serving as Manager of People Operations and Talent Management at Xos Trucks since May 2021, Leslie has previously held roles as a Senior Technical Recruiter and HR Business Partner, as well as a Technical Recruiter. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Trades Recruiter for Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., where recruitment efforts focused on the Technical, Aerospace, and Construction industries.
