Michael Schneider has extensive experience in customer success and project management, currently serving as VP Customer Success at Xovis since January 2017, where previous roles included Account Director and Project Manager. Prior to Xovis, Michael held the position of Network Engineer at Your-IT AG from April 2016 to January 2017. Academic credentials include a CAS in Leadership and a CAS in Business Administration from Berner Fachhochschule BFH, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from the same institution.
