Rabindra Dugar is the AVP-Finance & Legal at Xoxoday. Rabindra has over 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, and has worked with RMZ Corp for over 2 years as the Senior Manager- Finance & Accounts. Rabindra is responsible for the finance & accounts of the new vertical of RMZ Corp.- CoWrks Coworking Spaces Pvt ltd & Zapyle (Noeits Internet Pvt. Ltd). Rabindra has also worked on the preparation of Monthly Operational & Financial MIS, and is responsible for total book closing including finalization of financials and ensuring total audit completion in a time bound manner. In addition, they have also been responsible for assessing the Short Term & Long Term fund requirements of the business, forecasting and preparation of Annual Budget Plans & preparation of projected Cash flow statements. Rabindra has also worked on the preparation of Financial and Business Models and to make fundraising strategy.

Rabindra Dugar's educational career began with him completing their 10+2 in Commerce from St. Helen's School. Rabindra then went on to do their Bachelor in Commerce in Accounts Hons. from the University of Calcutta. After that, they completed their Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and then went on to do their Company Secretary course from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Rabindra Dugar reports to Sumit Khandelwal, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Praveen Titare - Senior Program Manager, Gaurav Sunil Sava - Sales Account Executive, and Shashank Ashok David - Associate Vice President.
