Bruno Castro

Bruno Castro is the current CEO at XP Asset Management, with previous experience as COO at the same company. Prior to his current role, he worked at Itaú Unibanco as Superintendente de Fund of Funds, Gerente de Fund of Funds, and Portfolio Manager in the Fund of Funds department. He also held positions at Mauá Capital as an Associate, Banco Itaú as a Risk Analyst, Banco Alfa as a Fixed Income Manager, and Instituto de Pesquisa Econômica Aplicada (Ipea) as an Estagiário/Analista junior. Bruno obtained his Master's degree in Financial from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa after completing his undergraduate studies at Universidade de Brasília.
