Anderson Rodrigues is currently the Strategy & Performance Lead for Offshore Investments at XP Inc. Previously, Anderson held various data analysis positions at Marketdata before transitioning to a role as a Systems Analyst at Cuattro Trade Marketing. Anderson then worked as a Support Analyst at TRIX Tecnologia. Anderson is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management for Innovation with a dual degree program between ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica. Anderson holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho.
