Julia Torres Alcantara

Julia Torres Alcantara is a skilled professional with extensive experience in performance analytics and customer experience, currently serving as the Performance & Analytics Lead at XP Inc. since September 2019. Julia has also held roles such as Customer Experience Lead, Supervisor of Customer Service, Team Leader, and Investment Advisor within the same organization. Prior to XP Inc., Julia was a founding member of Trendy Store from August 2016 to May 2019 and conducted academic research at Stony Brook University in May 2014. Julia holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and completed studies at UENF - Universidade Estadual do Norte Fluminense from 2012 to 2018.
