Letícia Moreira

Letícia Moreira is a seasoned professional in People Analytics with current experience as a Senior Business Analyst at XP Inc. since September 2024. Previously, Letícia served as People Analytics Lead at isaac and held multiple roles at Loft, including Data Engineer, People Analytics Analyst, and People Analytics Intern. Letícia's early career included a position as a Total Rewards Intern at Bridgestone do Brasil and a Research Intern at Universidade Federal do ABC. Letícia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Innovation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Science & Technology, both from Universidade Federal do ABC, and is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management at Escola Politécnica da USP.
