Márcia also served as a Business Analyst Intern at Píer Partners, contributing to consultancy projects aimed at enhancing small and medium-sized business efficiency, and worked as a Technological Research Fellow at the Organizational Engineering Center, developing organizational communication solutions. Leadership experience includes managing a 25-person team at Pampa Aerodesign UFRGS and participation in various projects at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, where an entrepreneurial consultancy utilizing drones was developed.
