Shazia Foroze

Shazia Foroze is an experienced financial professional currently serving as the Europe Financial Controller at XP Power since January 2012, contributing to the European leadership team and overseeing the financial operations of nine legal entities while ensuring compliance and process improvement. Previously, Shazia held a secondment as Asia Financial Controller at the Singapore office, collaborating with finance teams during a transitional phase and driving performance enhancement. Earlier roles included Financial Accountant at both XP Power and Mavenir, where Shazia managed financial reporting and compliance for multiple companies across Europe and Asia.
