Chitraa Sridharan

Chitraa Sridharan is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and delivering innovative solutions. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Leader at Xpanse since September 2025, Chitraa previously held multiple senior roles at Cengage Group from November 2012 to February 2025, including Senior Manager and Manager of Software Engineering, where notable accomplishments included modernizing the Student Dashboard and transforming a struggling technology delivery team into a high-performing unit. Prior to Cengage, Chitraa worked at Budco in various IT roles, contributing to the development of IT solutions for direct marketing services and leading efforts for Fortune 500 clients. Chitraa began career as an Application Developer at BDrive, Inc., with project involvement for Ford Motor Company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from PSG College of Arts and Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Applications from Avinashilingam Institute for Home Science and Higher Education for Women.
