Deborah Mongold-Habing

Deborah Mongold-Habing is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and education. Currently serving as a Sr Release Manager at Xpanse since December 2024, Deborah previously held the position of Release Manager at Freedom Mortgage from December 2021 to August 2025. Management roles at Luxottica included Store Market Manager and General Manager, with responsibilities encompassing coaching, quality control, and talent acquisition. Deborah has a long-standing affiliation with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir as a member since 2011 and has contributed to Northland International University as both an adjunct faculty and department head in voice for over a decade. Deborah's educational background includes multiple degrees from Bob Jones University, specializing in Voice Performance and Pedagogy, further complemented by experience in various teaching and management capacities throughout the music and retail sectors.
