Yana Rouse

Yana Rouse is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and application development. Currently serving as VP of Software Engineering at Xpanse since December 2024, Yana previously held the same role at Freedom Mortgage, where Yana led cross-functional engineering teams to enhance Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, and Telecom technologies. With a strong background in Salesforce optimization and Agile transformation, Yana has effectively managed multi-million dollar budgets and introduced innovative team structures. Prior roles include Director of Application Development at Lincoln Financial Group and Project Manager at Thomas Publishing, where Yana significantly contributed to strategic projects and process improvements. Yana holds a Master's degree in IT Leadership from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts from Temple University.
