Sujesh Pulikkal

Sujesh Pulikkal has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in companies across different industries. Sujesh started their career at Symantec as a Senior Lead Quality Assurance Analyst before moving to Good Powered by BlackBerry as a Senior Lead Technical Analyst, where they managed a globally distributed team and ensured high-quality market build-up. After that, they worked as the Director of Systems Quality Assurance/Quality Engineering at Vidcie, overseeing the quality assurance team and ensuring products met industry standards. Sujesh then joined Zynga as a Senior Engineering Manager Quality Assurance, where they led the quality engineering team and defined effective processes for mobile and web game products. Sujesh later joined Natsoft as the Chief Strategic Officer, responsible for strategic operations, customer success, and quality engineering. Sujesh also worked as the Global CSO at Litmus7, driving global talent acquisition, customer success, and PMO, among other responsibilities. In their most recent roles, Sujesh served as the Chief Operations Officer at Tests Assured, the Chief Strategic Advisor for Nuvento Inc, and the Chief Strategic Advisor for XPayBack, all of which are portfolio companies of Tests Assured Inc.

Sujesh Pulikkal has an extensive education history. Sujesh began their educational journey in 1992 at Bharathiar University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, in 1997, Sujesh obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Computer Applications from Cyber Prism Software and Training (India) Pvt. Ltd, Department of Electronics (Govt. of India), Coc.

In 1998, Sujesh continued their education at Cambridge Judge Business School, where they took coursework towards a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Information Technology. Sujesh completed this coursework in 1999.

Sujesh's education path then led him to San Jose State University, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management. Sujesh engaged in coursework for this degree from 2003 to 2005.

Additionally, Sujesh has acquired additional certifications in cricket coaching. In 2009, they obtained a Level-1 Cricket Coach certification from the West Indies Cricket Board Inc. (WICB). Later, in 2014, they became a Level-II Certified Cricket Coach for Cricket Australia.
