Saichaitanya Reddy Kotha

Saichaitanya Reddy Kotha has extensive work experience in operations and management roles. Saichaitanya Reddy is currently working as a Senior Vice President at XPDEL and ADVATIX, both since November 2022. Before that, they worked at Amazon for several years, starting in June 2015. At Amazon, they held various roles including Regional Director of Operations, Director of Operations, General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Sr. Operations Manager. Saichaitanya Reddy also interned at Amazon as a Pathways Operations Manager Intern in 2014. Prior to joining Amazon, Saichaitanya worked as a Consultant at Deloitte from June 2009 to July 2013. Saichaitanya Reddy earned an MBA in General Management from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from July 2013 to May 2015.

Saichaitanya Reddy Kotha completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on General Management from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, completing it from 2013 to 2015.
