Head of Payroll and Benefits at Xpediator PLC

Claire Lodge has a strong background in payroll and benefits management. Claire is currently the Head of Payroll and Benefits at Xpediator Plc since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at SPIE as the Group Payroll and Compliance Manager from February 2015 to June 2020. In this role, they managed payroll and benefits across the UK and Europe, including the Oil & Gas industry. Claire also had responsibilities in vendor account management, payroll project management, and project management for payroll migrations and HRIS projects. Before SPIE, Claire worked at RMBI as the Group Payroll Manager from March 2011 to October 2013, where they managed payroll for 17 care homes and several masonic charities. Additionally, they had experience in system migration, time and attendance project management, RTI implementation, and auto enrolment. Claire's earlier experience includes working at Crystal Umbrella as a Payroll Manager from August 2005 to March 2011. In this role, they handled payroll, invoice and expense management for the entire UK workforce. Claire also dealt with IR35 compliance and processing, umbrella payroll, and various complex payroll calculations.

Claire Lodge attended Knowledge Train in 2014, where they obtained a degree in Prince 2. Prior to that, they studied at Ward Freman in Buntingford from 1999 to 2002 and earned their GCSE.
