Hussain Alherz has a diverse range of work experience. In 2007, they started as a Summer Trainee at SABB. In 2012, they worked as a Customer Service Trainee at Samba Financial Group. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Testing Analyst at Gulf International Bank, where they focused on streamlining work processes and testing various banking applications.

In 2014, Hussain joined MEEM م’ BY GULF INTERNATIONAL BANK as a Quality Operations Officer, where they played a key role in establishing and launching a retail bank with advanced technology-driven services. Hussain then moved on to become an Assistant Product Manager, Assets and Credit Cards, where they implemented effective communication strategies and achieved impressive results in product development and portfolio management. From 2015 to 2020, Hussain served as the Liability Products Manager at MEEM, where they successfully launched and managed various Sharia compliant retail liability products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

In 2020, Hussain co-founded Xpence, where they currently hold the position of Co-Founder.

Hussain Alherz attended Prince Mohammed University from 2006 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
