Marcin Bilski

Marcin Bilski is a distinguished software engineer currently employed at Xperi Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Marcin served as the Head of Engineering at Tooploox from January 2016 to January 2023, leading a large development team that produced software for NowThis/Group Nine Media, which achieved 1.3 billion monthly video views by 2018. Marcin co-founded Designed.ly in May 2013, focusing on aligning business and technical requirements to develop a secure cloud-based medical data backup solution for Asseco Poland. As a co-founder of Amerbil from October 2008 to December 2012, Marcin improved development processes in the clean energy sector and facilitated mergers and acquisitions totaling EURO 34M. Marcin began a career as Lead Developer/Product Owner at Xtreeme GmbH from June 2000 to October 2008, overseeing the full development lifecycle of various products. Marcin holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin.
