Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering and blockchain development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha supports innovation projects through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG and Chief Technology Officer at bonq, where Micha contributed to self-sovereign finance solutions. Notably, Micha held positions as Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, leading technological advancements in decentralized energy infrastructure. Additionally, Micha has served on various advisory boards and technical positions within the blockchain space, supporting organizations like Sweetbridge and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has pursued further education in fintech and project management.
