Mike Alasaad

Mike Alasaad has a strong background in the restaurant industry, with over 30 years of experience in various management roles. Mike most recently served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG) since May 2022, where they had previously held the position of Senior Director of Operations since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Divisional Vice President at Buca di Beppo from 2015 to 2017. Mike also worked as the Regional Director of Operations at Real Mex Restaurants from 2009 to 2015 and as the Director of Operations at Pei Wei Asian Diner from 2006 to 2009, where they achieved significant sales growth and profitability.
