Mike Johnson has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Mike is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG), where they have been since May 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at XRG from January 2020 to May 2022. Before joining XRG, Mike held various roles at Real Mex Restaurants, including Senior Director of Operations and Regional Director. Mike also served as the Director of Training and Development at California Fish Grill. Mike's career began at Nebraska BBQ, where they worked as a General Manager. Overall, Mike has a strong background in restaurant operations and has held leadership positions throughout their career.
Mike Johnson earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hamilton College in Lincoln, Nebraska, from 2000 to 2002.
