Wendy Franklin

Wendy (Serrao) Franklin currently serves as the Sr. Director, HR Business Partner at Xperience Restaurant Group (XRG), a role taken on in November 2024. Prior to this, Wendy held the position of Director, HR Business Partner at Fisker Inc from June 2022 to October 2024. Wendy’s extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades, including a significant tenure at Hyundai Motor America from 1998 to June 2022, where Wendy advanced through various roles to become Sr. Group Manager, HR Business Partner, leading HR initiatives that aligned with business objectives and supporting employee relations. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Vanguard University of Southern California.
