Dwain Kester is an experienced professional with a background in employee and customer engagement within the automotive industry and military recruitment. Since January 2012, Kester has served as a Ford Consumer Experience Movement Coach at Xperience Communications, where responsibilities include enhancing employee engagement to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prior to this role, Kester was the Customer Relations and Hiring Director at Crest Auto Group from October 2009 to January 2011, conducting training and overseeing hiring processes for multiple dealerships.
