Mario Troncoso

Mario Troncoso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and human resources roles. As Co-Founder and Operating Partner at Xperiment Startup Studio & VC since August 2018, Mario has contributed to various entrepreneurial ventures. Mario has worked as an autónomo lawyer at estudio juridico since June 2015 and previously served as Director de Personal y Recursos Humanos at MUNICIPALIDAD DE BRAGADO from December 2015 to December 2019, where responsibilities included negotiating labor agreements and managing HR policies for over 1,000 employees. During tenure at Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires from August 2013 to June 2015, roles included Operational Technical Manager and Legal Manager within the Urban Hygiene Entity, overseeing administrative functions and legal matters. Mario is currently pursuing a Master's in Business Administration at Universidad Nacional del Noroeste de la Provincia de Buenos Aires and has completed several post-graduate courses focused on finance, fintech, and labor law.
