Melissa Silver is a seasoned legal and content management professional with extensive experience in employment law and policy solutions. Currently serving as Content Manager for Brightmine, part of LexisNexis Risk Solutions since October 2011, Melissa previously held roles as Senior Legal Editor and Legal Editor, focusing on critical employment law topics such as paid sick leave and multistate employer issues. Prior positions include Counsel and Associate at Schwartz Simon Edelstein & Celso, LLC. and Saiber, LLC., respectively. Melissa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminal Justice from Stockton University.
