Nick Waugh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Nick is currently working as a Sales Team Leader at XpertHR, where they oversee a team of sales reps, manages revenue delivery, pipeline management, coaching, training, and general day-to-day operations. In addition, they are responsible for customer success and renewals of XpertHR's largest customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at XpertHR.
Before joining XpertHR, Nick worked as a Business Development Manager at ES Consulting, specializing in the supply of integrated business systems that interface seamlessly with Sage 50 and Sage 200 Accounts.
Nick also gained experience as an Area Business Manager at Unisto Ltd, where they collaborated with customers and industry specialists to introduce innovative products and offer total solutions based on quality and cost-effectiveness.
Earlier in their career, Nick worked as a Consultant at 1st Executive Ltd, supporting end-to-end delivery across the Financial Services market. Nick also served as a Telemarketing Executive at Don't Just Sit There, Sell Something! Ltd, working with clients in various sectors, including marketing, technology, and finance.
Nick's career began as a Sales Consultant at Austin Reed Group, where they later advanced to the role of Team Supervisor. In this role, they assisted in recruitment, retention, and development of staff members while monitoring performance, attendance, and conduct. Nick also provided support to the manager in motivating and leading junior employees.
Nick Waugh attended King Edward's School, Witley from 2000 to 2005, where they completed their high school education. Following this, they pursued a Higher National Diploma in Animal Management at Guildford College of Further and Higher Education from 2006 to 2008. Afterward, they went on to Kingston University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management in Land Based Industries from 2008 to 2012.
