Previously, Lionel served as the CEO of SFR Collectivites, managing local authorities on digital development through private-public partnerships. With a background in sales and business development, Lionel has successfully negotiated contracts and achieved revenue growth within the telecommunications industry. Lionel holds a Master's Degree in Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
