Leah Cullins

Leah Cullins is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Senior Learning and Development Training Manager at Xplor since March 2018. In this role, Leah leads a team dedicated to equipping Customer Success teams with comprehensive knowledge of various products and systems. Notable achievements include overseeing the design of remote client training, developing over 30 online courses for multiple SaaS products, and promoting team growth through professional development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Client Training Manager at Xplor, Instructional Design Project Manager at the United States Institute of Peace, and various positions in education and policy assistance. Leah holds a Master of Arts in International and Comparative Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
