Mary Podziomek

Mary Podziomek is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources information systems (HRIS) and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Global HRIS Partner at Xplor Technologies, Mary leads global HRIS implementations and ensures alignment in HR processes across various regions. Prior to this role, Mary held several positions at American Reading Company, including Director of HR Operations, where innovative onboarding process integrations were developed, and led HRIS software implementations. Mary's previous experience also includes roles such as Director of Training Operations at Springhouse Education and Consulting Services and Medical Software Trainer at STI Computer Services. An alumna of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences.
