Nivedita Rath

Nivedita Rath is a seasoned professional in the finance and technology sectors, currently serving as Payments Tech Leader at Xplor Technologies since December 2023. Previous roles include Head of Global eComm Engineering at Worldpay and Head of Group Finance Systems at Lloyds Banking Group. Nivedita has extensive experience within RBS Markets and International Banking, holding multiple leadership positions in finance technology from 2006 to 2015. Nivedita began their career as an Analyst at Citi Software and progressed to Manager at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Nivedita holds an MBA in Finance and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from UCE, Burla.
