Aydar Musin

Aydar Musin has been working in the business and finance industry since 2014. Aydar began their career at adidas as a Business Analyst in 2014. In 2016, they joined Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services as a Junior Analyst, eventually working their way up to Senior Consultant. In 2019, Aydar moved to Xploration Capital where they have held the roles of Associate, Senior Associate, and Director of Investor Relations.

Aydar Musin obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Higher School of Economics between 2010 and 2014. Aydar then obtained a Степень магистра in Финансовые рынки from the same institution between 2014 and 2016. In 2018, they obtained a CFA Level I from the CFA Institute and, in 2020, they obtained a Leading Continuous Improvement Programme from INSEAD.
