Paul Yarrow

Paul Yarrow has several years of experience in various roles within the software development industry. Paul co-founded xplore in 2013, where they served as the CTO and played a key role in the development and implementation of the company's software solution. Paul introduced an agile development approach and focused on creating a minimum viable product (MVP) to validate the value proposition.

Prior to xplore, Paul co-founded Taptiva in 2011, where they served as the Technical Director. Paul was responsible for all software development and website hosting, and played a crucial role in creating the company's core product, the Taptiva Framework. Paul also handled professional services requirements and worked closely with clients.

Before Taptiva, Paul worked at Alterian from 2008 to 2011 as a Principal Software Engineer. Paul was a member of the Core Product Development team and participated in the transition to agile development practices, particularly the Scrum methodology. Paul also acted as a Scrum Master for the team.

Paul's career started at Immediacy in 2002, where they worked as a Senior Web Developer. Paul played a significant role in shaping the company's product, which became the leading .NET-based CMS in the UK at the time. Paul worked on various aspects of the product and developed key components, such as the web-based Image Editor and the Staging-Live Website Synchronization feature.

Paul began their career at Skandia in 1999 as a Developer. Paul worked in a specialized team focused on maintaining and creating financial calculation applications. Paul also developed a component for generating PDF documents from XML, which had a company-wide adoption and produced millions of Key Features PDF documents for customers.

Paul Yarrow attended Bournemouth University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BS (Hons) degree in Software Engineering Management.
