Gislene Leite

Gislene Leite has extensive work experience in the field of immigration and consular services. Gislene started their career in 1994 at the U.S. Department of State, where they served as a Consular Specialist. In this role, they assisted U.S. citizens on various governmental and diplomatic matters, including repatriation, prison liaison, and death cases. Gislene also specialized in providing detailed information on immigrant visa petitions and collaborated closely with CBP and the Immigrant Visa Section. Gislene was responsible for training new employees, airline staff, and local government officials on U.S. government regulations and procedures related to the role of the U.S. Consulate, immigration laws, and the protection of citizens abroad.

In 2016, Gislene joined HAYMAN-WOODWARD Global Mobility Services as an Immigration Specialist/Business Development. Gislene held this position until 2019 and focused on immigration matters, specifically providing expertise in business development and immigration solutions.

From 2019 to 2021, Gislene worked at Global Living Consulting as a Senior Immigration Consultant. In this role, they specialized in providing immigration consulting services to clients, offering advice and solutions for their immigration needs.

Recently, in 2021, Gislene joined Xplore Group as the Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, they oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Throughout their career, Gislene has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and expertise in immigration and consular services, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service and guidance to clients.

Gislene Leite has a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from Faculdade Ibero Americana, which they obtained between the years 1990 and 1993. Gislene also holds a postgraduate degree in Translation Specialist - Portuguese/English from Centro Universitário Ibero-Americano, completed in the year 2003.
